Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care would like to welcome 4th-year extern Luci Krenzke. Luci will be joining Brook-Falls Veterinary, Monday June 28th, through Sunday July 11th.
Luci is a 4th-year veterinary student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2022. Before coming to Madison, she received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. During her time at Carthage, she played on the school’s volleyball team, participated in research projects on stress and anxiety disorders, interned at the local zoo and spent countless hours shadowing a wide variety of different veterinarians.
Throughout vet school, Luci has continued to work as a veterinary assistant and hold active leadership positions for the Veterinary Business Management Association. She is hoping to pursue a career in small animal emergency medicine upon graduation.
In Luci’s spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, cuddle with her cat “Cami”, run and play volleyball.”
