Client Service Representative: Our Client Service Representatives are the face and voice of the hospital and resort. They politely greet and welcome each of our clients either in person or over the phone and assist them with a variety of requests. A CSR assists clients with general information, answering questions, scheduling appointments, making reservations for lodging and play dates, completing paperwork, collecting medical records, and many other tasks. The hospital and resort call volume is high and we require our CSRs to be able to talk on the phone while simultaneously making notes in medical records for optimal efficiency. Additionally, this position is responsible for responding to faxes, emails and recording all interactions with 100% accuracy. This role is fast-paced and requires multitasking in a team environment.

Pet Resort Attendant: Our Pet Resort Attendants care for a variety of guest species that visit us in the luxury pet resort or doggy day care. They are responsible for upholding our high standards of care and ensuring the safety of each guest in the resort. They feed, water, and tend to the specific needs of each guest, including medication administering and cleaning up waste. Pet Resort Attendant candidates should be comfortable interacting with a variety of species, including exotics. Experience with these species is not required, but we do ask that you have an interest in learning. Our Pet Resort Attendants monitor and lead our doggy day care playgroups, attend to our lodging guests every need and assist with grooming tasks. Candidates should be comfortable interacting and speaking with clients on a regular basis. This role is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in an independent, yet team-oriented environment.

Veterinary Assistant: Our Veterinary Assistants partner with our Certified Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians to ensure quality care for all of our hospital patients. They assist in restraining pets, exam room set up and clean up, completing accurate medical records, answering client questions, processing client payments and assisting with a variety of technical tasks including x-ray, lab, vaccines, surgery and treatment. Veterinary Assistant candidates should be comfortable interacting with a variety of species, including exotics. Experience with these species is not required, but we do ask that you have an interest in learning. The Veterinary Assistant is a client facing role and candidates should be comfortable interacting and speaking with clients on a regular basis. This role is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shifts. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment that requires quick thinking and multi-tasking.

Certified Veterinary Technician: Our Certified Veterinary Technicians are responsible for providing assistance to the Veterinarian in the laboratory, during surgical procedures and during treatment. A CVT should understand and practice proper technique for pet restraint and be comfortable performing x-ray and other diagnostics to aid the veterinarian. CVT candidates should be comfortable interacting with a variety of species, including exotics. Experience with these species is not required, but we do ask that you have an interest in learning. Candidates should have strong communication skills as our CVTs are the primary nursing support to the veterinarians and are responsible for client education and discussing surgeries, treatments and examination processes to our clients. This role is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shifts. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment that requires quick thinking, multi-tasking and delegating. We reward our CVTs with competitive pay, a 3.5 day work week, budget for continuing education and license renewals.
