Dr. Denise Follett was one of the founding members of Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital and Exotic Care, Inc., along with Dr. Jennifer Bloss. Dr. Follett retired from the practice of veterinary medicine in 2021, after 30 years.
While gone physically from the hospital, her heart remains with Brook-Falls. Dr. Follett cherishes the memories of her time in veterinary practice. She feels humbled and honored by the faith and trust clients placed in her and the practice she loved, over the years. “My mind is full of wonderful memories of the many people and pets that have crossed my path.”
She is very proud of the role she played in building the truly outstanding veterinary practice that Brook-Falls has become. “Daily, it was a pleasure to come to work in a state-of-the-art facility, filled with a warm, caring, and professional team all of whom were committed to providing quality medical care to people and their pets.”
Dr. Follett leaves the practice, knowing that the vision and mission of the practice will preserve. “The team and veterinarians that continue to serve are dedicated and passionate; they will serve you well”.
Dr. Follett is, “forever grateful for what the practice of veterinary medicine has blessed me with, the friendships I’ve made with team and clients and the amazing pets I have had the pleasure to know. It has been an unbelievable career, and now it’s time for a new chapter.”
Dr. Follett continues to desire to pass on her wealth of veterinary knowledge and is in the process of writing what she hopes will be a series of books for school-aged children about the care of pets.
Dr. Follett will be missed but will forever be a part of the Brook-Falls family.
